I believe it is very much an accepted practice among wedded couples worldwide, regardless of race, culture, religion, background, etc. to have some photos of their marriage to document the moment and celebrate one of the most important events in their new life and journey together as a couple. When I was visiting Hanoi in 2013 during the mid-autumn festival, an auspicious time to hold events e.g. weddings, I noted a number of wedding couples out and about in downtown Old Quarters area in the midst of their wedding photo shoot. Here is one of a couple in the midst of posing for their photographer outside the luxurious Trang Tien Plaza shopping mall along the busy and happening Hang Bai Road, oblivious to the world and time casually passing by. Love is a many splendid thing.
