Tacloban City in the Philippines was devastated by Super Typhoon Haiyan in earlier November 2013, killing thousands of people and destroying infrastructure. Over a year later people are still struggling to recover, either people are still living in UN tents or they have returned to their homes and are looking to survive as best they can. This project which comes under the umbrella of a larger project called "If Not Us Then Who" seeks to communicate firsthand unique personal stories of people who are deeply affected by the realities of climate change.
