Extime questions the maternal body image. The project focuses on body sensations and body memories. From the body carrying, containing the child, to the body working in order to raise that child, the objectification of this transforming body is here taken to the point of absurdity. This amplification reveals the stranglehold of expected maternal roles toward the society, as mush as complex, humorous and intimate moments between a mother and her offspring.
