Walking through the historic city of Puebla, Mexico, we happened upon this incredibly handsome elderly man in his welding shop. I asked if could take his picture and he said yes, but he wanted to show us how handsome he used to be. He retrieved a photo that couldn't have been taken that many years ago and held it up for comparison. I clicked the shutter. While I made a few more frames of him without the old photo, his sincerity and wistfulness while holding the photo still moves me to this day.
