It was still too early in August to see the northern lights above the Arctic circle, but a powerful display was visible all the way in the south of Finland, where the sky was just starting to be dark enough again towards the end of August. Quite a change to shoot the aurora while wearing a t-shirt and being bitten by mosquitoes!
