A young Syrian refugee arrives in Europe - leaving behind a life of war and turmoil - seeking new shelter and opportunities. His boat - built for 15, and bearing 50 refugees, has just crossed the six mile stretch of the Aegean Sea, separating Turkey from Greece and a wider Europe. Over the course of 2015, 3,771 people drowned attempting to reach Europe by sea. Wide-eyed he faces his new world - and his new life - for the very first time.
