I just finished my "Camino de Santiago" pilgrimage, I did a serie of portraits, since the very first day, I realized the "Camino" was not the road, track, path, or the landscape, the "Camino" was the pilgrims, so I kept my 58mmm all the time in my camera, and never used my 28mm who supposed to be my main lens on this trip. I'm glad I did it. Arcadia Baños Baños, this man I meet biking near to El Burgo Ranero, took a pouring rain with me and said wisely "It'll pass, don't worry" he invite me to enter his modest home and offer me a glass of his own wine; at 82 he still takes care of his vineyard, not afraid from strangers, he invites them to his house and offers the little he has, a fireplace, his wine, and a great life lesson: we can be happy with less.
