I shot this images as part of my personal photophilanthropy. I photographed individual images of children in orphanages and portraits in remote villages in Haiti. I traveled with Hope2Haiti and The Caring House Project. I am making prints for each of my subjects to be delivered by the foundation in June of this year. This image is called "Forbidden Love". Although I don't know what exactly was happening here...these were two young boys who did not want to show their face in the photograph. It appears that their embrace was more than just friendly and it really amused the kids watching. I was very surprised by their candor.
