a temple in a jungle. this was a buddism temple consturucted so long time ago. actually, yogykarta had a long history and also had a complicated history as much as it. this city have been to sequentually covered by 3 religions and the first of them in temporal order was buddism. after it, hinduism come and was mixed woth buddism customs. following them, muslim has covered this area and indonesia to which yogykarta belongs. muslim is currently a national religion of indonesia. according to this historical order, this buddism temple, borobudur, was one of the oldest temple in this city. also, this temple was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site before ankor wat in cambodia. p.s. I tried to make a word ‘mYsty’ combining ‘misty’ and ‘mysterious’. it was my little joke to express the feeling from a mysterious temple in a misty scenery.
