Keith K.W. Tang was born and educated in Hong Kong. He began with digital photography as a hobby then he pursued his passion for all forms of monochrome photography including landscape, portrait, infrared and architectural photography. His choice of equipment has become less sophisticated and focuses on mechanical camera in 35mm and medium format for all his fine-art photography. Traditional silver gelatin film and fiber-base paper are his media of choice, and he enjoys performing all darkroom tasks himself. To him, an attractive presentation panel of his work is more important than each photograph alone. His work has been exhibited internationally and was published in the Royal Photographic Society Journal. He is an associate of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain and Certified Color Management Professional Master of United States.
