The title ''Shellter'' is an amalgam of two words' 'Shell' 'and Shelter'. The symbolism of this series of pictures, in the human mind, should represents the only refuge when the life can hope to survive in hostile territory. Here, shells and dunes are the last refuges against severe weather for macro and micro life. Also, it's an ode to the persistence of life when the physical elements are opposite, and a reference of the current climate change in the world. The black and white was preferred in the photographic approach to reinforce the impression of unreality and intangible physical environment.
