The history of a place derives from personal memory in that space. The memories important enough to be remembered and recorded are the same ones that have the largest impact on our lives. This body of work is a record of my history of traveling and memorizing my family’s land. It contains aspects of my father and the knowledge of the environment which he has passed down while we were walking in these same places many years ago. Some places have changed since then but my memory of them will remain constant. The photographs are Archival Digital Pigment Prints made from scanned B&W negatives.
