On a quiet beach in Costa Rica I came across the skeletal remains of hundreds of dead fish that had washed up. Climate warming leads to oxygen depletion in the oceans that is threatening marine life. In November 2016 millions of dead fish washed up on oceans all over the planet. Ironically, Costa Rica is on track to become the first carbon-neutral nation by 2021.
