Brasstown Bald is the highest point in the state of Georgia, United states. At the elevation of 4,784 feet, Brasstown Bald observation tower offers 360 degree view of Blue ridge mountains. In this early March night skyscape, the moonless sky was bathed in countless stars while the lights sprawled towards the horizon from Helen, and Hiawassee. Far in the distance, is the majestic central band of our Milkyway Galaxy and in the center is the Brasstown Bald observation tower.
