It demonstrates a young couple life in Singapore. These photos emphasise the notion of beauty, pleasure and art of everyday life. And I'm examining weather reality is important in photography, as the photos are all staged, stitched digitally, but relatively real, concerning the impression of absorption and the illusion of reality. The interior setting is real. The characters are actually living in this room and what they acted is close to their own life as if the photographer is doing a reportage.
Zhang Longfei, is a freelance motion designer and self-taught photographer, born in Chengdu, China. He earned a Diploma with Merit of Motion Graphics & Broadcast Design from Nanyang Polytechnic and was awarded a gold medal from The Singapore Computer Society in 2012. As a motion graphics designer, he has collaborated with creative directors and producers, designing video art for corporate companies, events, Channels and TV commercials, like Singapore National Day Parade, Baybeats Singapore, Channel NewsAsia, Singtel, OCBC Bank, Super Coffee, Asus, Osim and many others. His work has been featured in various publications, such as The New Paper and The Brand New Award. In 2011 he won Crowbar Awards silver and bronze. Longfei now is pursuing his study in Nanyang Technological University, Art Design and Media. He is also constantly looking to gain more experience in art, design and photography.
