Mention "Hokkaido" and a wintry landscape comes to mind. For four months in a year, the city is blanketed in snow and is transformed into a dreamy winter wonderland for children and adults alike. But while Hokkaido is a beauty in the day, I wanted to bring out the charm of the city at night, through food that bind people and reflect the culture of the city.
