This was shot during the President Impeachment. The officers are scattered out to prepare for the protest that will be occurring. Their purpose is to protect the people from getting hurt. Meanwhile, there are two sides to this battle; There's the one against the president and one for the president. Through team work and perseverance, both sides are trying to win. They're trying to change the opponent by making them lose and they're doing this through synergy (team work).
