As a photographer, I have my own Vision and my Vision defines Spirit within me. Water is VITAL to Life and without it we are but dry husks of ourselves. Having moved to Asheville in 2014, I was a broken woman when I arrived. In the waters of North Carolina I have found my Peace. Here I have found that the experience of being near different rivers and falls, and watching their meanderings, crashes and gentle pooling, is a clear metaphor for my life. What lies beneath the surface is Depth of Spirit, the eternal “Chi,” that powers our experiences and guides our individual journeys. “Uisge Beatha” is the meditation I have found that has healed my Spirit.
