Vertical camera movement and slow shutter speeds paint the pine forest into pure cylindrical forms in my series, “Purity.” Golden light streaks through fallen twigs. Snow rises from the earth and curls around tree trunks. Branches blur and transform into fog. Burning sunsets and blue shadows mix into purples. Dappled light drops from the sky and music rings through the forest.
