Children suffering from cancer in Toledo, Spain (and in many other cities), are increasingly vulnerable. Missing oncologists and nurses in the hospital, the facilities are not adequate and are in breach of European regulations on cancer issues. All these shortcomings are directly dependent on political decisions. There is a parallel between what happens to these children and the rest of Spanish population. The deep crisis that has affected the country is assuming a serious problem for the health, education, work and the right to a decent life. These children have little time on the clock and every decision, every second counts.
