This photography project was the result of a journey taken throughout Ethiopia, a land of red clay and deep nature. Ethiopia is a country where both humans and animals travel by foot, while carrying the daily burden and toil of life on their backs and shoulders. The majority of the population follow Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity. It can be said that Ethiopia is a country of villages, as 85% of the population live in small rural areas due to the lack of urbanization. The constant search for fertile lands and new pastures have, over time, created an immense mosaic of people, races and ethnicities. Thus, these mosaics have created a fascinating journey for travelers from all over the world, as they pass through the diverse human roots and nature of this captivating country.
