A selection of works from my ongoing project titled Strangers. I photograph absolute strangers passing by in an effort to make sense of how disconnected people are from one another. While I’m being passed by hundreds of strangers each day, they are essentially faceless to me, and I to them, so in my photographs they are portrayed as literally faceless, but I try to show that there is beauty in that. To better translate that everyday feeling into photographs I use only a fixed amount of sharpening, the entire image created purely in-camera, with nothing (colors, contrast...) edited post shooting.
