Klong-prem Central Prison, or generally called Lad-yao prison, is a high-security prison in Bangkok, taking in custody of male offenders whose sentence term is not over 25 years. With its general capacity to incarcerate offenders (5000+), the prison currently takes in custody of both Thai and foreign nationals. The inmates is part of a program that pits prisoners against foreign Muay Thai fighters or others inmates for a chance of reduced sentencing or early release.
