Bill Luckett - Mayor of Clarksdale Luckett's passion and energy takes him through every day when he always has an open ear for those who come to seek advice, ask for help or complain. His days start early and end late. He divides his time between practicing law and taking care of his community, spending a lot of time in his car with a mug of coffee and cellphone always close by. In his "free" time he's at Ground Zero, a Blues Club founded with his friend Morgan Freeman.
