I present to you the “Spanish Harp” series of architectural fine art photography, which depicts the powerful yet elegant form of Calatrava’s “Samuel Beckett Bridge”. A remarkable addition to the Dublin docklands, this structure was conceived to illustrate a cherished and intrinsic Irish symbol, the Harp, connecting directly to the souls of the Irish consciousness. These images combine the essential engagement of light and shadow, the search for the harp's soul and an insightful interpretation of its reason to be. They reveal the many facets of the structure, from its strength through to its resounding elegance.
