Combing a photograph of my original painting with a photograph of my horse. Both images individually speak of restraint but put together they create a powerfully emotional piece of art. This image makes one feel almost uncomfortable as it explores the desire for freedom when restrained- whether imagined or real. The subject tries to break away, but the ties of his situation keep him from doing so.
