With this collection, I wanted to pay homage to Karl Blossfeldt who, using crude equipment in the 1920s, enlarged images of flowers to show their artistic form. Some of these flowers are the size of your fingernail. Employing modern technology, I layered together dozens of images in focus stacks to achieve a bees-eye view of nature to show the intricate details and forms of flowers in a way many have never seen before.
