The beautiful Berkeley Art Museum, a marvel of mid-century brute concrete construction is about to be torn down, sadly to be replaced with a much less inspiring structure. As it is no longer being used as exhibition space I had the opportunity to record the beautiful interior with its cantilevered balconies and glowing light-wells in their unadorned state. It will be missed.
