Mingkaman area in Lakes state, South-Sudan. Kettle keepers are semi-nomads that are not usually eligible for food distribution from the WPO; being nomadic they have been marginally affected by the war as they are now less free to move around the bush. Their cows has become an easy target for soldiers who seeks freash meat. 100'000 people fleed to this area to escape the uprise of the civil war which erupted in December 2013.
