My art is driven by my roots. As a nature’s child, and as a quest for femininity essence, I review my years of growth, searching for the lasting child within. I use young girls' portraits, resembling past figures, incorporating a mix technique: outdoor pictures and background image processing, expressing a spiritual andemotional world. The submitted work is part of a series, dealing with girl pubescence, showing achild’s naïve beauty becoming a rough-edged adolescent. In addition, the workexpresses a rebelling fighting spirit, with times of submission, illustrating emotional turmoil, versus a new gained clarity of the world.
