This is a photograph I captured at night when I saw the reflections of Christmas lights in a puddle of water; I used a 30 second exposure and rotated the camera in my hands to create light trails and other interesting formations; I used a high-contrast blue filter to accentuate some of the details. I loved how it looked like a weather map when I first saw it, which is why I gave this photograph the name that I did.
