I was admiring the behavior of this milky stork cleaning itself after a heavy downpour. Alternatively, the bird would just pause for a few seconds and focus on a selected area of its skin to be cleaned thoroughly. At this point, the stork resembles a taxidermy. I took this shot under a moody and fading light to represent all preserved extinct animals in museums today. Only difference, this one here is still alive and well. Their survival is in our hands.
