The Maroon Bells is one of the most photographed locations in North America and showing up for Sunrise during the peak of autumn you will see why. The lake tends to be completely still most mornings as the surrounding mountains block the wind. With the clouds moving fast ahead and the sun peaking through this photograph was most desirable shooting a long exposure with multiple ND filters.
