Remains of the floodplain forests and meadows are hidden gems of the countryside at Austrian-Slovak border, lying between the cities of Vienna and Bratislava. Image of this old tree was taken in the night before Christmas 2015 using the light from an upcoming full-moon. Manual flash was used as backlight to emphasize the magic atmosphere of the foggy night at Morava river basin.
