The land of fire and ice is losing ice due to climate change. The rise in temperatures globally, warming ocean currents has made Iceland one of the fastest warming places on the planet. Several glaciers have already vanished and many others will be gone in a decade or two. Future generations will see a land of exposed earth without glaciers and ice, Iceland will be just land. This series captures the beauty of ice in nature, the colossal size of glaciers, and how they slowly move back to the ocean.
