Everyone has their own comfort food which are able to improve negative emotion, releasing emotional stress and getting spirit consolation. My comfort food (processed meat) unfortunately became the A class of carcinogenic to be issued by World Health Organization in October, 2015. I was very shocked when I heard the news from TV. I totally enjoy eating my comfort food since my childhood. It is difficult to digest the bad news.
