Entry Description

Stylist: Aurelien Jean Desgraupes The famous Clavel confectionery in Carpentras (Provence-France) has existed for more than a century. Four generations have succeeded each other to make “berlingots”, biscuits, jams in the cauldron, candied fruits ... in the purest tradition, with recipes that, for some, remain unchanged from the beginning. The photos have the ambition to show the timeless aspect of this approach in which Serge Clavel fits naturally.
