Image of one of the world’s oldest tree (Bristlecone Pine) at night (aprox. 4,000 to 5,000 yrs. old) in the White Mountains of California at an elevation of 11,000 ft. Looking south the tree is lit up with a diffused led light and the bright Milky Way is in the background. The Sierra Mountain Range is in the mid-ground, has the tallest mountains in the continental U.S. The twisted tree trunk and branches look at if its reaching up into the night sky
