Black and white pencils on a wooden background. I used a Canon Rebel T6 for that image, made in studio with natural light from two windows. Besides the texture similarities between the wood in the pencils and the wood on the background, both pencils touch, their sharpened ends meet, showing both balance and equality on the contrasting colors. The sameness of differences. That is what I aimed to convey: harmony, symmetry, the balance that can be found in so-called opposites - which are, in fact, simply equals.
