In an increasingly urban world, I am deliberately looking for the "imperfect" food, the individuals, which are hard to sell because they don’t fit the common standards. Eggs that clearly show the stress of the animal within its group, a tomato with scars, cucumbers that do not follow the prototype of being straight. They all have something in common: all these individuals are edible and often taste even better than conventionally produced fruit and vegetables because their life was more difficult. No more mass consumerism. Keep an eye out for individuals again. Appreciate your food.
