In the search for my own identity as a Hmong-American, I researched the changing fashion in my culture. With the realization that the Hmong culture may never be the same as it was before, I embraced the change. The assimilation of contemporary times would contribute, influence, and shape the future of my own heritage.
Entwined. In the clash of Hmong and American cultures, I struggled to find myself.
