Napier, a small city in New Zealand, has the informal name of Art Deco capital. The heritage uniformity of the city has benefited under the care of the Art Deco Trust founded nearly 30 years ago. To commemorate the great earthquake of February 1931, that had interrupted the belle époque, every year in February the city disguise for a weekend. Thousands of residents and visitors dressed in historical clothes pour out on the streets filled up with the historical cars.
