"Hapi", God of The Nile, is one of the ancient Egyptian divinities that I'm working on, in this art project called Alienation. The divinities of Egyptian civilization found it difficult to accept the future, with what it holds of murder and injustice and suffering, hence they decided to leave after they realized that chaotic human behavior has a power which surpasses their civilization and that it was useless to stay. We will throw the divinities out of their context, we shall meet them in their exile, to discover the often endless suffering that comes with just leaving the Earth; in another sense, extraction from the environment does not necessarily mean extraction of the emotional content, on the contrary, the echo of the emotional content grows louder with time passing till logic loses its mind.
