Starting from the most recent and going in reverse chronology, Cable seeks "re-vision" for each building, to see anew while abstracting point of view and utilising dramatic black & white techniques. (01) Legacy Behind Art Institute shows Legacy at Millennium Park, built 2010, stands 819' tall just off Michigan Avenue. This view looms over Art Institute of Chicago and situated next to converted office building. (02) Aqua Tower. Tallest building in USA designed by female architect. Built 2009 stands 870'. (03) 225 Godzilla (West Wacker). Built 1989, stands 433'. (04) Sears Tower is Willising. Tallest building in world 1974-1998. 1451' tall, 1974. (05) KAM Pilgrim Baptist. Church, originally Kehilath Anshe Ma'ariv Synagogue, designed by Adler + Sullivan. 1891, stood approximately 111'. Photographed after fire destroyed frame tower. Known also as birthplace of gospel music.
