I believe photography is more than an esthetic work of art. It is a form of expression of our inner selves. Particulary in my case, it is the result of an internal quest of many years, after which I have come out of the dark, into the light, in the same way that my long-exposure photographies show something which cannot be seen with the naked eye. The subject of time appears in all my work. Not just time as a characteristic wich applies to photography in general, but as the issue of permanence, and also impermanence, that we found in life. My photographs want to express what remains and what does not remain after a given moment of time, particullary in part of our existance.
