There is usually a Seine river flood in the winter time once a year, but never in the summer time. This Paris flood happened in June and was specially strong. It last 6 days. I managed to capture long exposure shots to emphasise this almost unreal event. The business activity was reduced but no casualty. Some intiatives are planned to prevent a new possible flood if climate change goes on.
