Photographing bats is not an easy task. After several shots and an afternoon spent inside a lake filled with bat guano, I finally got this photo. Bats impress me with their peculiar elegance and their beautiful, precise flight. These animals are essencial for the organic matter input in caves and the provision of ecosystem services, like biological control, pollination and seed dispersal.
