Depression

Entry Description

How would one describe the feeling of Dysthymia and Major Depression? Perhaps it is simply the absence of clarity — a lone path in the mind's eye, seeking to escape the ever shifting of light and shadows; the exhaustion of each minute, each day, working hard to practice mindfulness, willing the mind to be still. No realm of reason — still lake or splashes, descend as lotus rises.
