To date, more Taiwanese people are aware of the cultural and religious difference between two groups, what better is locals are gradually express the willingness to understand and accept Indonesian lifestyle. The city government even became host of the Idul Fitri for two years. On the first Sunday after Idul Fitri, where most workers are able to be off work, they gathered at the square of Taipei Main Station, or nearest mosque to commemorate the new year.
