There is very little value in the minimal as eyes see. There's very little attention captured in the quiet as ears hear. But to see through the mundane, one must first venture into deep meditation in order to percieve the essential; and the essentials are the simplest of all things that we may not know we need or want to see. They are the "basics" of human condition. These photos were taken in different places and conceptualized to create a sense of emptiness, and yet an understanding of fullness--once understood.

Story

There is very little value in the minimal as eyes see. There's very little attention captured in the quiet as ears hear. But to see through the mundane, one must first venture into deep meditation in order to percieve the essential; and the essentials are the simplest of all things that we may not know we need or want to see. They are the "basics" of human condition.

These photos were taken in different places with different styles and conceptualized to create a sense of emptiness, and yet an understanding of fullness--once understood.

Each photo represents a certain mood or feeling and is titled aptly (i.e. "Degrees of Separation," "Distance of Mind to Heart," etc.). And to see how these titles and images are full of fullness requires to see the opposite: "Degrees of Separation" could be seen as "Independence;" "Distance of Mind to Heart" could be understood as being either extremely logical or intensely emotional, etc.

I aimed to show positivity amidst adversities.
